Every production partner and supplier working with MOMTEKS is expected to comply with applicable labour, health, safety and environmental laws.

  • Wages and benefits in line with legal requirements

  • Working hours that comply with local legislation

  • Voluntary overtime and appropriate rest periods

  • Equal opportunity and protection from discrimination or harassment

  • Safe, hygienic and properly maintained workplaces

  • Access to adequate washroom, canteen and first-aid facilities

  • Respect for maternity rights and lawful worker representation

Supplier Selection & Oversight

We select production partners based on capability, reliability, quality and responsible business practices. Compliance expectations are communicated clearly and may be reviewed through documentation, production visits and, where necessary, unannounced inspections.

Quality with Accountability

Responsible manufacturing and product quality are managed together. Material control, in-line inspections and final quality checks help protect the buyer’s specifications while supporting consistent production standards.

Environmental Responsibility

MOMTEKS encourages practical measures that reduce production waste and limit environmental impact. We favour suppliers that manage materials responsibly, improve energy and water efficiency, and follow appropriate procedures for chemicals and waste.

Transparency for International Buyers

For brands sourcing from Europe, Africa, USA and the UAE, clear communication is essential. We provide production follow-up and share relevant information required for responsible sourcing reviews, subject to commercial confidentiality and the scope of each order.
